At Sarasota Tutor, scheduling your tutoring session is simple and flexible. Whether you need help with Math, Reading, or Test prep - pick a time that fits your family's rhythm and get ready to learn with confidence.
We understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness and availability for all families, the following policy applies to all consultations:
Consultation
A consultation may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Late Cancellations
Consultations canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
No-Shows
If a student does not attend the scheduled consultation and no prior notice is given, the free consultation will be considered forfeited and may not be rescheduled.
Tutor Cancellations
If the tutor needs to cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the consultation will be rescheduled at no cost to the family.
Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your scheduled consultations. If a student arrives late, the consultation will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other students.
