We understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness and availability for all families, the following policy applies to all consultations and trials:

Rescheduling: A consultation or a trial may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Late Cancellations: Consultations canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.

No-Shows: If a student does not attend the scheduled consultation or trial and no prior notice is given, the free consultation or trial will be considered forfeited and may not be rescheduled.

Tutor Cancellations: If the tutor needs to cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the consultation or trial will be rescheduled at no cost to the family.

Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your scheduled consultations or trials. If a student arrives late, the consultation will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other students.
