During your trial lesson, we'll uncover what's really getting in the way of your child's success, identify hidden learning gaps, and show them that material can be understood, not memorized.
That's the goal of our trial session: less frustration, more confidence, and a clear plan for progress.
We understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness and availability for all families, the following policy applies to all trial lessons:
Trial Lessons
A trial lesson may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Late Cancellations
Trial lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
No-Shows
If a student does not attend the scheduled trial lesson and no prior notice is given, the trial lesson will be considered forfeited and may not be rescheduled.
Tutor Cancellations
If the tutor needs to cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the trial lesson will be rescheduled at no cost to the family.
Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your scheduled lesson. If a student arrives late, the lesson will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other students.
